STRUCTURED VENTURE GROWTH PROGRAM
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Conclave Lab is a structured business-growth programme designed to help aspiring and existing entrepreneurs develop the knowledge, discipline, systems and practical guidance required to build viable and sustainable businesses.
Through practical learning, business-focused assignments, implementation challenges and interactive live sessions, participants will work on their businesses while developing the skills required to move from idea development to growth and expansion.
Upon the successful and satisfactory completion of the programme, each participant will become eligible for the Addvance Venture Assessment, where their business will be evaluated and matched with relevant growth support, which may include advisory, mentorship, market access, strategic partnerships, speaking opportunities, or other suitable financing opportunities.

- Aspiring entrepreneurs developing a business idea
- Early-stage founders preparing to launch
- Entrepreneurs operating businesses that have not started generating sales
- Business owners already generating sales but seeking greater structure
- Founders preparing their businesses for growth and expansion
- Entrepreneurs seeking greater clarity, guidance and access to relevant growth opportunities
You do not need to have a fully established business before joining. However, you must be willing to learn, participate and apply the lessons to a business idea or existing venture.
HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS
Structured Digital Learning
Participants complete selected learning content designed to address important areas of business development and growth.
Practical Projects
Each module includes business-focused assignments that help participants apply the lessons directly to their ideas or existing businesses.
Venture Clinics
Expert-led sessions covering practical business-growth topics, emerging opportunities and challenges affecting entrepreneurs.
Venture Growth Plan
At the end of the pathway, participants will develop and submit a Venture Growth Plan demonstrating what they have learned and how they intend to develop or expand their businesses.
Venture Assessment
Eligible ventures may be assessed to determine their readiness, current needs and suitability for relevant growth resources or opportunities.

The Conclave Lab operates a rolling-enrolment model, allowing new participants to join the programme at different times.
Learning activities are structured and are to be completed within six months of registration to help each participant progress through the pathway, while the live sessions provide opportunities to learn from experts, discuss practical issues and engage with other entrepreneurs.
Participants may choose to purchase the course for the duration of the program or get a lifetime access to the course content.
